Hillsboro Village

Located between Vanderbilt and Belmont campuses, you will find a good mix of young professionals and college students in Hillsboro Village. This area also offers more housing than areas like nearby Midtown. Despite the younger demographic, you will find plenty of family friendly options in Hillsboro Village, as well as boutique shops and plenty of local restaurants. Nearby Fannie Mae Dees Park, better known to locals as Dragon Park due to the dragon sculpture located in the park. There are 25 bars and restaurants, including Nashville’s famous Pancake Pantry. If you aren’t looking to shop or grab a bite to eat, you can always catch a classic or independent film at the Belcourt Theatre.
