Belmont

Belmont is a neighborhood known for it’s older, unique and historic homes. These homes are located between between Hillsboro Village and 12 South. Belmont provides million dollar homes to the occasional fixer-upper. Due to the proximity of Belmont University and Lipscomb University, you will find plenty of college students and young professionals. There are plenty of sidewalks and bike lanes for enjoying this neighborhood as well.
